  • Planning and handling of our land transport services
  • Preparation of offers and daily prices
  • Quotation preparation/order processing/invoicing
  • Maintaining contact with customers, partners and service providers
  • Complaint/Claims Handling
  • Independent handling of customs formalities

Prerequisites

• • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with the freight forwarding software Cargobase is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Flexibility, willingness to perform and high motivation
  • Quick comprehension, resilience, and independent work ethic
  • IT skills (common freight forwarding software and MS Office)
